Your Village Senior Care is a companion placement and referral service serving families throughout Texas. Our mission is to connect seniors and their families with compassionate companions who provide social engagement, companionship, and non-medical support.
Your Village Senior Care is not a home health agency, nursing agency, medical provider, or licensed personal care services agency.
Non-Medical Services
Companions referred through Your Village Senior Care may assist with:
Companionship and conversation
Social engagement and recreational activities
Accompaniment on walks and outings
Transportation to appointments and errands
Grocery shopping and light assistance with daily activities
General wellness check-ins
Companions do not provide:
Medical care
Nursing services
Medication administration
Medical assessments or treatment
Physical therapy
Hospice services
Any service requiring professional medical licensure
Families requiring medical or skilled care should seek assistance from appropriately licensed healthcare providers.
3. Placement Services
Your Village Senior Care strives to match families with qualified companions based on preferences, availability, personality, and experience.
While we carefully screen companions through interviews, reference checks, and other verification methods, we cannot guarantee:
Availability of specific companions
Compatibility between parties
Future conduct or performance
Continuous or uninterrupted services
The final decision to engage a companion remains solely with the family.
4. Family Responsibilities
Families agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during the intake process
Maintain a safe and respectful environment
Communicate any health, mobility, behavioral, or safety concerns relevant to the companion’s role
Promptly communicate concerns regarding services
Families remain responsible for decisions regarding the care and supervision of their loved ones.
5. Website Use
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Submit false or misleading information
Attempt unauthorized access to the website or its systems
Interfere with website functionality or security
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to users who violate these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, Your Village Senior Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website or services.
Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid directly to Your Village Senior Care for those services.

Families are encouraged to conduct their own interviews and exercise independent judgment when selecting a companion.
