• Your Village Senior Care is a companion placement agency and is not a licensed home care provider. Companions are not medical professionals and do not provide hands-on personal care, medication administration, or healthcare services.

• Families and companions are responsible for agreeing upon schedules, compensation, duties, and any ongoing arrangements directly with one another.

• Families must provide a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for companions and disclose any in-home cameras, monitoring devices, pets, or special household circumstances before placement.

• We carefully screen and match companions; however, ongoing supervision and management of the companion relationship remain the responsibility of the family and companion.

• We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or end services if safety concerns, harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, or violations of professional boundaries occur.

• Our goal is to foster meaningful, trusted relationships that support seniors’ independence, connection, and quality of life.

Basic Companionship - Friendly visits, Conversation, Games, Walks, Social Outings = $20-$25/hour.

Experienced Companion - Transportation, Errands, Meal Preparation, Medication reminders, Light housekeeping = $25-$35/hour.

Premium Companion - Extensive senior experience, Dementia companionship experience, Flexible scheduling, Higher-touch support, Does it all! = $35-$45/ hour
